‘Asparagasm is an avatar whos care-free, guilt free and harnessing vegetable power for human delectation. It’s about being inclusive for vegans, vegetarians, the v-curious and everyone. In fact, all food intolerances can be accommodated on request. It’s a funky eaters club – without prejudice!’
Beginning as a mesmerising Pop-Up supper club founded by Kate lewis in July 2012 – Asparagasm has always been about groovy styling, unconventional entertainment and dazzling food. After three years we set up a permanent residence in the cotswolds - to which I am Head chef and GM.

Asparagasm presented 20 pop ups in London before fixing on a permanent spot in Nailsworth Which I was thrilled to be involved with from the start- maintaining the focus of exciting veg-centric dishes full of flavor, creativity and finesse.
My role at Asparagasm involves taking charge of menus, leading the team, working with suppliers, Hosting dinners, collaborating with guest chefs and developing products. Every day I feel very lucky to be doing what I do!
We have kept the pop up element – creating festival banquets pop up dinners in the city and private dining events – no matter what we do we hope you will never forget your first Asparagasm!
