So, I just wanted to explain my ' Radio silence'.
I came back from my Matthew Kenney culinary adventure almost two months ago now and it really has been full steam ahead since getting back. We've had some great press in Cotswold life, Vegan Mag and Nailsworth news as well as exploring our next collaborations in Asparaland.
Last week we did a three day stint at Salad pride showcasing a spring menu inspired by the California sunshine. These three days brought together old friends, new peers and some really inspiring people in the world of plants - so thank you all for coming - it couldn't have gone better!!
At Asparagasm HQ Ive been teaching wonderful workshops with a focus on plant based nutrition, finding flavour and vegan 101s. I love to tech - so if you are looking to expand your culinary repertoire, have a group of enthusiastic friends or you are struggling with your own nutrition I really am here to help so please do get in touch!!
Whilst plotting and planning my next steps as there are some exiting things ahead place as I put everything I've been working toward into action.
Ive been thinking a lot about this space and what to do with it and I think the most helpful thing for you guys is to share recipes...I also like to share whats been going on and hopefully inspire some creative actions or thoughts.
My main Aim here is to create and share 'A recipe for Wellbeing' posting insights into a delicious lifestyle that nourishes the mind, body and soul. I really want to explore that mind food connection and connect with people who may need help finding their way back to good mental health.
I would go on for a while ...so, ill save that for another post.

A Magic Milk.
2 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp vanilla, 2 dates, tbsp maca, tbsp chaga
1 tbsp melted coconut oil, pinch salt
