Plant-based food is my passion.

I'm A professional Plant Based chef currently studying at The PLantLab-  bringing together plant based art and ultimate Nutrition.

I Specialise in Raw desserts, Couture catering & bespoke private dining, in addition to menu development consultancy and teaching.

Through working with amazing people, in depth research and a lot of practice, I'm forever delving deeper into the amazing art of Plant-based cookery and often un-cookery, loving it more and more each day!

Background& training

After completing a creative degree. I jumped straight into pursuing a dream of studying plant-based food - which led me to train as a Raw Chef under the marvelous Deborah Durrant ( Raw Chef & Matthew Kenney student).

I then went on to really explore the world of plant-based cuisines, training with Kate Magic, raw food guru and Daphne Lambert, author of Living Food. More recently I have trained with Amy Levin, whilst going on many short courses and workshops across the country.

A year into to opening my own creative consultancy business the founder of Asparagasm, invited me to get involved with this beautifully eccentric brand. So, in 2015 we worked to build our Headquarters in Nailsworth - Gloucestershire and I took on the role of General Manager and eventually, Head Chef.

For over two years I led the Asparagasm kitchen refining skills, leading the team and pursuing a love for food that has always been in me.

I am now a freelance chef and Entrepreneur offering my Plant Passion and expertise in nourishing Plant based food. It's all about
