Im so excited to be collaborating with Pilates superstar Lucy, of Your Ideal Fit for a blissful retreat this june.

A proper wellness retreat provides benefits measured by how experiences affect you personally & for how long.

Your day starts with a 1 hour 'Foundation & Technique' Pilates class designed to gently wake up your mind and body in preparation for the day.

The second Pilates class later each day, is designed to 'Strengthen & Condition' with personalised modifications offered for all levels.

We are so excited to Launch our Plant Academy Core curriculum. With Plant One Being Our Primary Class on the Essentials of Plant Food. At the end of the Class you Receive Plant Academy Certification.

Over a week From the 20th May - 24th May & 2nd September - 6th September Each day will run From 9:30 - 4:30 offering an in depth exploration on plant food.

Day One

Vegan Nutrition. Food safety and hygiene. The Raw Pantry.

Nut and seed mlks, butters, creams and activation.

Day Two

The Art of Vegetables. Dehydration, dressings and Knife skills.

Day Three

Fermentation. Kombucha, Kefir, Cheese, pickles and sauerkrauts.

Additional evening class From 6pm - 9pm on gluten free baking

Day Four

Chocolate And Desserts. The Fundamentals of Pasties, creams, cacao and superfoods.

Day Five

Building a plate. Signature dishes and Celebration meal.

Each Day we will eat what we make together. Expect guest lectures from plant pioneers and a library of inspiration tips, techniques and connections.

Advanced Raw chef training X Alchemy Academy Bali

The Raw Alchemist LEVEL 2 curriculum builds upon skills obtained in Level 1, delving deeper into some areas such as knife skills, fermentation and chocolate, while also exploring many new subjects such as broths, aged cheese and nut-free desserts. Just like Level 1, this course also brings in subjects like mindful cooking, conscious business and goal setting to find our unique guift and become the creators of our life. Having completed Level 1 is not mandatory, as long as you have some basic knowledge and experience of raw food.

Location: Alchemy Academy in Singakerta, Ubud (approximately 3 kilometers from Alchemy Restaurant) in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

Date: April 8-24, 2019

Maximum participants: 12 (we limit the number to ensure that each student gets proper attention and time with the teacher and that each student gets their own student station).

Our school facility features a state-of-the-art kitchen with gorgous green jungle surroundings and practical, well equipped student stations.

Joining yoga/breathwork or meditation class at 8 am is optional. Breakfast is served every day at 9 am. On certain days we also serve dinner from 6 until 7 pm.

Investment: $1,900 USD (without acommodation)

Our lead instructor Lauren Lovatt is a Plant Based chef and Entrepreneur from the UK where she was trained with the best Plant Based Chefs and PlantLab Culinary. Lauren has set up an aspirational Vegan restaurant, hosted Plant based pop up nights, and has a wealth of experience developing recipes, writing menus and creating events. Subsequently she went on to Lead the PlantLab Barcelona courses where she fell in love with teaching, sharing and inspiring knowledge for plant based food. With A keen eye for plating and a passion for the most vibrant, seasonal ingredients, her style is all about using natural and seasonal ingredients Elevated.

Feed Your Mind Candy Is all about Inspiring and expressing better mental health through delicious food. Bringing sparkles and New ideas to the table.

After a two night sell out Launch last year at Love Shack London this year Mind Candy Presents an experiential weekend at the Plant Hub. With Dinners on 28th Feb and 1st March followed by a workshop on Sunday 3rd.


On Thursday 28th of feb we have evolved our evening to be more than just a supper club but more of an experience about what the future of mind food looks like.

With special guest the director of @hempenorganic, Dima. Goodie bags by @wellbeanco, an appearance from @jessieferments, My shroom, Kuji Drinks and more to come.


Of course there will be a brain powered dinner of small plates and an introduction into mind food and how to live in a way that best supports your mental health.


An evening of creative dishes, inspiring conversations and Mind Food. The idea is that by coming together to enjoy dinner we can ignite new ideas and feel good on so many levels. This menu is adorned with plant powered ingredients inspired by the season with Sprinkles of tonic herbs and superfoods.

Lauren's menu includes this incredible omega rich salted caramel cacao dessert and the entire brunch is gluten free, dairy/egg free and refined sugar free. I've also included some pics of @lauren_lovatt's previous dishes so you can see what a plant-based genius she is!

"Yoga Brunch Club and Lauren Lovatt creative plant based chef are partnering up for a unique collaboration in Bristol with a relaxing morning of yoga and great food at the beautiful space at The Forge.

Enjoy a energising vinyasa flow yoga session led by Clem Balfour, Yoga Brunch Club founder. Post yoga guests will tuck into a 3-course winter feast cooked up by Lauren Lovatt. Lauren is a creative & driven plant based chef. Specialising in mind blowing raw desserts - her food is spectacularly nourishing, seasonal and stunning. Her most recent training has taken her to LA & Europe with the PlantLab - the new evolved Matthew Kenney Cullinary academy. Spending time at Plant Food & Wine working with the most exciting chefs doing amazing things with Plants. Now fresh back from travels in Venice Beach and Barcelona with food is inspired by these cultures leading the way in wellness always with a focus on local produce. 

The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour in 2014. The idea came from a combination of her great loves, bringing people together with yoga, music and a lovely sit-down family style meal.  

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose."
