"Yoga Brunch Club and Lauren Lovatt creative plant based chef are partnering up for a unique collaboration in Bristol with a relaxing morning of yoga and great food at the beautiful space at The Forge.
Enjoy a energising vinyasa flow yoga session led by Clem Balfour, Yoga Brunch Club founder. Post yoga guests will tuck into a 3-course winter feast cooked up by Lauren Lovatt. Lauren is a creative & driven plant based chef. Specialising in mind blowing raw desserts - her food is spectacularly nourishing, seasonal and stunning. Her most recent training has taken her to LA & Europe with the PlantLab - the new evolved Matthew Kenney Cullinary academy. Spending time at Plant Food & Wine working with the most exciting chefs doing amazing things with Plants. Now fresh back from travels in Venice Beach and Barcelona with food is inspired by these cultures leading the way in wellness always with a focus on local produce.
The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour in 2014. The idea came from a combination of her great loves, bringing people together with yoga, music and a lovely sit-down family style meal.
This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose."
