Join Nailsworth’s Asparagasm restaurant for ‘ A taste of Spring’, an evening of seasonal plant-based food. Head chef Lauren Lovatt will take guests on a taste adventure through spring, sharing creative ways to use the finest local produce, both grown and foraged. Enjoy Superfood tonics on arrival; talk about the building-blocks of plant-based cuisine with demos and tastings throughout the evening; end with a delicious meal together.
