This Spring we It's me - creating our seasonal asparagasm menu over three nights.
"Asparagasm started out in the capital producing vegan and gluten free dining extravaganzas where collaboration, unusual sharing and creative inventions are encouraged and indulged.
Now with permanent residence Lauren is head chef - creating exciting, delicious and totally nourishing food.
Having trained with Deborah Durrant and most recently at Matthew Kenney Culinary in California this menu is inspired the most seasonal local produce with sprinkles of superfoods."
