In our second serving of Asparagasm goodness, head chef Lauren Lovatt returns with a medley of mouth-watering sweets, free from gluten, dairy and reﬁ ned sugars.
Lauren will showcase a number of desserts including raw pastries and biscuits, plant-based creams and summer cheesecake, before you move on to make your own lemon posset and nut-free mousse.
