Advanced Raw chef training X Alchemy Academy Bali


The Raw Alchemist LEVEL 2 curriculum builds upon skills obtained in Level 1, delving deeper into some areas such as knife skills, fermentation and chocolate, while also exploring many new subjects such as broths, aged cheese and nut-free desserts. Just like Level 1, this course also brings in subjects like mindful cooking, conscious business and goal setting to find our unique guift and become the creators of our life. Having completed Level 1 is not mandatory, as long as you have some basic knowledge and experience of raw food.

Location: Alchemy Academy in Singakerta, Ubud (approximately 3 kilometers from Alchemy Restaurant) in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

Date: April 8-24, 2019

Maximum participants: 12 (we limit the number to ensure that each student gets proper attention and time with the teacher and that each student gets their own student station).

Our school facility features a state-of-the-art kitchen with gorgous green jungle surroundings and practical, well equipped student stations.

8:00 - 9:00 am Yoga/Meditation/Breathwork (optional)

9:00am-10:00am Breakfast

10:00am-10:30am Raw food demo

10.30am – 12:30pm Hands-on un-cooking class

12:30pm-2:00pm Lunch

2:00pm-3:00 pm Speaker/lecture/movie

3:00 pm -3.30 pm Raw food demo

3:30pm-5:00pm Hands on un-cooking class

Joining yoga/breathwork or meditation class at 8 am is optional. Breakfast is served every day at 9 am. On certain days we also serve dinner from 6 until 7 pm.

Investment: $1,900 USD (without acommodation)

Our lead instructor Lauren Lovatt is a Plant Based chef and Entrepreneur from the UK where she was trained with the best Plant Based Chefs and PlantLab Culinary. Lauren has set up an aspirational Vegan restaurant, hosted Plant based pop up nights, and has a wealth of experience developing recipes, writing menus and creating events. Subsequently she went on to Lead the PlantLab Barcelona courses where she fell in love with teaching, sharing and inspiring knowledge for plant based food. With A keen eye for plating and a passion for the most vibrant, seasonal ingredients, her style is all about using natural and seasonal ingredients Elevated.
