Plant based chef, food artist and author
Using natural ingredients, elevated, I’m inspired by how we can cook with plants and tonic herbs to change our state of mind. Bringing this idea to life through restaurants, recipe design, food styling and my debut book, Mind Food, which came out last year.
For many years I have also been teaching the art of plant based food, working with the best in the industry, through her own Plant Academy culinary school, Leith’s school of food and wine and through residencies teaching around the world.
From being part of the aspirational vegan brand and restaurant Asparagasm as head chef and manager to designing the food concept and menus for Paris’ first plant based hotel HOY and their restaurant MESA.
I have spent the last five years in London developing Plant Academy and opening The Food Studio – in collaboration with Sara Kiyo Popowa of the well-known and beautiful @shisodelicious and author of Bento Power sharing our passion for food design, styling, photography and animation.
This summer I’ve uprooted and will be travelling the world with my plant based hotel and restaurant consultancy always working to create a more conscious future of food.
