Plant based chef, food artist and author
Using natural ingredients, elevated, I’m inspired by how we can cook with plants and tonic herbs to change our state of mind. Bringing this idea to life through restaurants, recipe design, food styling and books including Mind Food and Plant Academy, the cookbook being released in January 2025.
My food career began with the aspirational vegan brand and restaurant Asparagasm as head chef and manager more recently i’ve worked with international brands and businesses such as hotel HOY and their restaurant MESA, Paris’ first plant based hotel, designing their food concept, menus and training the chefs.
For many years I have been teaching the art of plant based food, working with the best in the industry, through my own Plant Academy culinary school, Leith’s school of food and wine and through residencies teaching around the world at places like Alchemy Academy in Bali.
My own businesses include Plant Academy, leading plant based culinary academy and previously The Food Studio – in collaboration with Sara Kiyo Popowa of the well-known and beautiful @shisodelicious and author of Bento Power sharing our passion for food design, styling, photography and animation.
Though teaching, food writing and consultancy I am always working to create a more conscious future of food.
